Start my jogging plan

When i was first year in University, i used to jog few times a week for a short period.. Then my weight was dropped from 57kg to 52kg... Wow! Lost 5kg in few months, not bad huh.. I also went to climb the highest mountain in South East Asia Mt. Kinabalu, yeah!! i really can't believe that i can do that, you know.. When i reach the peak, i feel so touch and proud of myself..

After came back from Kota Kinabalu, conquered the damn high mountain (over 4000m) which need 2 days to done, i have stop my jogging life. I gave myself kinda lame reason like busy in study. However this kinda suck reason was supporting me for 1 year plus for no jogging, hahaha..

Now my weight gain from 51kg to 52-53kg from last month, due to exam time I ate a lot and went back Penang few days 'stay' with my Ice Kacang, 'sleep' with Char Keoy Teow, 'play' with Curry Mee and 'pillow talk' with Assam Laksa, nevertheless my lovely mom dishes. Now is the time to slim down.. Today is the first day i go to jogging, i will report here every month about my progress weight IF AND ONLY IF i maintain this habit, God Bless..

Well, behind my house is a garden, so i just jog there. It is a nice garden for relaxing and exercises. I like this garden because i can feel very warm family atmosphere...
I saw a happy family, parents were playing tennis with son, the weird thing was both father and mother were in a team to challenge their little son, i think maybe they want to train him to get the first Olympic gold medal for Malaysia...

Beside that i aslo can feel some sweet and romance aroma...

Actually that time they were playing swing together just like storyline in Romance Movie, the main actor was helping the main actress play the swing, however they are not Angelina Jolie with Brad Pitt nor Edison Chen with Gillian Chung so they are not familiar to show us how close they are in front of camera. Hence once i took out my cell phone and zoom on them, they feel very shy and start playing hide and seek with me... LOL

Not only playground with swing, slide, see-saw; the park also has several gymnastic stuff for public used, see the uncle was so happy dancing on it...


Every evening you can see a lot of retired mid-age or old men playing tennis there..
Doctor advice: elderly must keep exercise as a habit for personal health.
From here, each of them also can make new friends and when tired in playing, they can have "Men Men Talks"...

Mr. Milk : Isit? My Samu Veli work in ministry, can
earn "Kopi Money", annual income 300K!

Mr. Orange : My daughter not that busy, she always
come to visit me and bring me go out...
She is coming to bring me for dinner...

Father who always play a "black face" character in home, can bind his relationship with son in the park as well.


My target time for jogging is 1 hour, i thought i would exhausted in the half way, and start walk like "Cuttle Fish" after half hour due to i already no exercise for 1 year plus and my metabolism rate is as low as the low-cut dress in the movie -Curse of the Golden Flower...
However i am proud of myself because i manage to run slowly for 1 hour non-stop!! Just i felt my right waist was pain like gastric in the half way that day, i believe a lot of people would have same experience like me while jogging, fortunately i used to learn how to recover it from my sport teacher in secondary school, i just did like the above picture then my pain was go away..

Of course i was not pull down my T-shirt and show the half "OO" like Gong Li did in the movie so that my waist not pain, i mean what i did was like the photo above the movie poster which i banded my waist to the painful side and run for a while, after that there was no more pain anymore...

That day, i felt very happy and relax after sweat a lot... My mood turn good after had a bad mood for whole week. Exercise really is a good way to release tension furthermore can relax every single cell in the body.

But the thing that make me so shock and unbelievable in that day was i met lion in the park!!!
